Shipping Policy

WANTS will dispatch all available items within 1-2 working days from order date apart from pre-ordered items. International delivery takes 5-7 working days.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you once order has been placed. If an email wasn’t received please contact us directly at info@wantsonline.com.

A tracking number will be provided to you once the order has been shipped. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment. Please note that a signature will be required when receiving the package from the courier. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned packages.

Additional charges may apply if delivery is returned to the shipper

If there was a problem with your package and it cannot be shipped within the stated time then we will notify you about it.

For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your customs office for additional information.

We are not responsible if delays on shipment occurs due to weather problems, holidays, or carrier delays.
